Hello, my name is Lisset Pacheco and I am a massage therapist practicing in Lewisville, Texas and surrounding areas. I have a passion for helping people, for a healthy lifestyle, and for self-growth. This passion has propelled me, over the past 18 years, to add new massage skills to my massage tool kit. Some of the massage modalities I have learned are Swedish, Deep Tissue, stretching techniques, cupping, kinesiology taping, medical, and orthopedic massage, lymphatic drainage, and prenatal massage. During a massage session I integrate these techniques and use light, medium, to firm pressure in order to produce a 100% customized session for each and every client. I believe the body has an innate ability to heal when it is given what it needs. Therefore, during the sessions I listen for feedback from my clients (verbal and somatic) and adjust the sessions accordingly in order to obtain the best results possible.
